Brainstorming Cards

Brainstorming Cards are a tool for moderating brainstorming sessions aimed at refining a business idea and presenting it to stakeholders. The goal is to create a tool that can integrate the most modern international best practices relating to exercise techniques and challenges of the status quo into a business idea with the experience accumulated in tree. The project was carried out in the form of a deck of cards useful for facilitation.
The target audience highlighted in the design of the cards includes both involved in the refinement phase of a business idea, including for example: young entrepreneurs, serial entrepreneurs, students, innovation consultants, innovation managers, brainstorming session facilitators, startup mentors, managers from the private and public sectors, to better define the boundaries of development and test work, early stage startups, scale ups, and innovation managers of private and public companies were identified as the privileged target to be involved in the early stages of the project.
An end-user-centered approach was used for the definition and implementation of the tool through design thinking techniques based on iterative cycles of empathy, definition, conception, prototyping and testing. The product in its latest version is effective and structured with 54 cards (53 exercises and 1 instruction).
The product consists of 53 exercises, divided into 10 categories, as follows:

Business model: 5 exercises
Go to market strategy: 6 exercises
Competitive advantage: 5 exercises
Metrics and projections: 4 exercises
Team: 4 exercises
Plan and milestones: 5 exercises
Style and message: 7 exercises
For each exercise it is reported:
The degree of difficulty: normal or advanced (indicated with a lightning bolt icon)
The estimated time needed to complete it: 1 to 3 hourglasses (each hourglass indicates about 5-7 minutes of work)."
