The company is able to provide a model procedure suitable for the production of a new eco-sustainable product in accordance with the law and an alternative to the conventional ones, downstream of the experimental phases. Therefore, we are able to develop an experimental formulation with specific characteristics suitable both in terms of production yield and field application performance. It was possible to develop an innovative flexible and advantageous biochar production procedure with the characteristics suitable for that specific reuse, evaluating the different types of biochar production, including gasification, pyrolysis and combustion and considering the different types of biomass.

- We obtain a vegetable carbon, the biochar, from the thermochemical conversion of biomass. It is used in various applications such as fuel (alone or mixed with other fuels) as a concrete aggregator, or as a thermal insulating material and as an economic adsorbent for the treatment of waste water. In addition, there is a growing interest in its use as a soil conditioner, because it improves plant growth and the efficiency of the use of nutrients.
