Self-supporting photovoltaic and thermal roof
A self-supporting aluminum profile capable to act as a roof, resistant to snow, water, wind.
On the internal profile water flows and it cools everything.
High efficiency monocrystalline cells are fitted on the top, which grow cool and this allows the production of more than 35% of electricity. Thermal energy is captured and directed to heat pumps, that increase their efficiecy to Cop 7.
