System for long storage of milk
Industrial equipment able to maintain the nutritional properties of fresh milk even after a defrosting process. This result opens up new avenues because it allows to preserve, transport and market this very important food without the current limits. We think we can finally transport and store buffalo, donkey, goat and sheep milk, rationalizing consumption by freezing in periods of high production and using it in the months of low production. It will become a real alternative to processes used today that reduce nutritional properties too much, think of milk powder or long-life systems through pasteurization.
