The new version of "Sportello On Line" software is compliant with the recent regulations issued on privacy (GDPR) and with the indications of the National Authority (AGID) relating to software for public administrations. The software is able to manage various types of practices, such as online booking, online payment and other types. In the Sicily Region it is already used by over 500,000 users, and it is expected to double this figure in 2020.
